Great experience all around for my first ever repair request for an appliance. I reached out on a Sunday for a service call and heard back/got scheduled in less than an hour. Matt & Matt (father son team!) were friendly and courteous when they came to help us. They got us all fixed up with our dryer, and gave us great advice too. Thanks, guys!
Matt was amazing! Very honest and thorough, didn't leave until he found the issue and a fix for it. He even let me know some other things that might need replaced on the washer in the future. I highly recommend appliance 911 and Matt, very good work at an affordable price!
Called them because my dryer wasn't heating up. Alexis found the problem immediately, and even found a problem with the timer as well. Both were fixed super fast. I was very satisfied. Friendly, professional, and fast in my case. Would definitely recommend.
