This is one of the best place to work since everyone works like a one unit. I always look forward to going to work since the residents and co workers are fun to be with! The directors are all great and takes care of all of us! Jeff Sumabat is the best ED! He oversees the smooth run and operation of the community and he leads with heart. San CSD is the best sales director to work with. Risa is the best Nurse! Mary Anne works to make sure that all residents in the memory care are taken care off. Travis the Maintenance Director does a good job to make sure that all apartments are in tip top shape. Chef Rudy brings in the best food to all residents while Alicia brings in the fun to all engaging activities. While Mary takes care of all the business portion of the community. Together as one, this community is carried by the best frontline staff in this side of the peninsula. Not only will your loved ones thrive

The staff are so friendly and supportive of the residents and family members. RSD Rowena is very loving and helpful who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is in the market for a senior living. Top notch services!

My family moved my great aunt here recently and we all love it! All of the staff I’ve met have been exceptionally kind to us as this was a hard choice for us to make. I’d really like to highlight the administrator, Stephanie, since she’s been so accommodating and understanding of our worries and needs. The whole place is very nice with great food. I highly recommend Pacifica if you’re looking to Senior Living!
