It is with great pleasure to write a review about the work American Home Renewal completed on our home in San Francisco. Micah and his team were professional, clean and efficient. AHR's attention to detail ensured that the house not only was waterproof but that it looked great as well. The attention to detail also provided peace of mind that my wife and I (and then our kids when they get the house) will not have to worry about water damage years from now. AHR also replaced and installed new windows and changed our our sliding doors into French doors. This really opened up the lay out of our house. With the improved windows we have seen a 15% decrease in our PG&E bill over the months. Our house was completed in May 2023 and we have had no issues through the rainy season last year. AHR is highly recommended and we would use them again - if we had more homes.

Shortly after he sent us a detailed quote that we were able to review with him. Bobby was friendly, professional, and efficient. Went to Pella showroom in belmont as we wanted to replace our old sliding door and window in our family room. Sparkos Merriman the sales rep showed us the different options and colors that we could choose from. He came over took measurement's and even gave us some options we didn’t even think were possible. He was very attentive to our requests and so personable as well as helping us to make decision on colors.. I cannot say enough of working with Sparkos its been a pleasurable and flawless experience.
