The staff was so caring, attentive, and very helpful. My Dad was 92 years old and I had no idea how to take care of him. They helped me with all aspices of his care and living needs within their facility. They encouraged family visits, and functions. Have a really nice garden area, dinning room, and lots of resident fuctions. Their appartments are spacious, clean, and cheery. I highly recommended the Springs for your love ones.

I 'm helping a friend's mother. What a wonderful place for seniors. Spotless,very very friendly caring staff always right there if you need something and most of all she feels very safe here. This is the nicest one I've been to. Wonderful dining room and staff good food..has lots of activities for seniors nice.

I've worked here for almost 5 years and i love it ,I've been doing this a long time and it's one of the best places I've ever worked at. My drive everyday back and forth is an hour, and it's worth every mile. The staff and residents are great. We have one of the best Chef's here and the food is GREAT. I have no complaints only complements. And I would definitely recommend Solstice El Cajon to friends and family.
