I've always had a preference for Toyota, the vehicles seem to last forever. When I mentioned I'd like to start looking at cars, my service rep, Lance Jones introduced me to Victor. Victor impressed me with his knowledge of each vehicle and helped me find the perfect car for me (Crown Signa). Unfortunatly the colors I wanted wasn't on the lot. Victor called me the next day saying he found one and had it delivered just so I could see if I really liked it. I loved it! Eli in financing made the paperwork easy. I am a happy owner of another Toyota vehicle. Thank you Lance, Victor and Eli for making this easy.

I love the service provided at Toyota of El Cajon. I have been a long term Toyota owner but have gone to a different location for so long, I just accepted the service provided there. I purchased my 2025 from Hector who was amazing and then had to visit the service dept and received amazing service from everyone including the Enterprise reps. One star that stuck out was the service manager Aaron . I will now only go to this location simply for how awesome everyone is and how they take care of their customers. Thanks everyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at Toyota the service was amazing and they treated you like family. I wanted to especially think Becca for making me feel welcomed, Michael my salesman for teaching me so much about what i was purchasing and who ive now adopted as my uncle, lol, and Fernando for the knowledge and the comfortability with ease while purchasing my vehicle. Just bought a certified pre owned 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL and had the BEST experience. I had been shopping all over San Diego for a used car. I was looking at Honda but something told me to look at Hyundai and I'm so glad I did. The cars are absolutely beautiful. Kam Pasha took such great care of me as well as Darius in fiance. It was honestly a great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend!

I’ve purchased a number of new cars in the past. Frankly, I dread the negotiating and closing experiences, and the time drain it takes. But my experience with Kamaran Pasha was different when I recently purchased a 2026 Ionic 5 limited. He was polite and professional. The financing was not a high-pressure experience like most. I was very pleased.

Had an absolutely amazing experience and highly recommend this location. Miguel Hernandez was my car salesman and he did an incredible job. He was very clear and listened to all my concerns and made sure I left with the perfect car for me. He spent extra time as well after I had purchased the car to explain all the amenities and buttons in my car to make sure I felt extra comfortable using all the car's devices. He also helped me bluetooth connect my phone and just was all around a great saleperson. He made sure all the numbers lined up, explained every bit of the contract and when to come in to service it and what the warranty entailed, and made my first car purchase at a dealership one that I will remember forever. Thank you so much Miguel! You're incredible. Thank you also Louie Gomez for your help explaining all the finance options and making the purchase smooth.
