I stopped in without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with the warm greeting I received from Angie. She asked if I could take a seat while she grabbed someone to help me. Angie offered a complimentary beverage and bag of popcorn! The fast and friendly service didn't stop there. A few minutes later I was greeted by Jake who asked how he could help. Caliber was amazing clear and timely communication and an excellent job on the car. But what stood out most was the customer service - they were friendly, straightforward and made the process easy. I joked that it was so good I would want to come back often! It is the best experience I have had in my 30 years of car ownership and mishaps. Highly recommend!

I scratched up my bumper, and Jake told me to come in so he could check it out. He fixed it for me free of charge! Everybody I met was incredibly positive and kind, can’t recommend highly enough.
