We were offered complimentary beverages and received attentive one-on-one time with Robert. He was amazing! He helped me design a custom ring that I truly loved by showing us several options and allowing me to try on multiple rings. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in making decisions. We were offered an unbeatable price with the ring as well. After I was proposed to with the ring, it didn’t quite fit, but Robert was able to get the ring re-sized for us in under 24 hours. It is absolutely stunning and I could not be more happy with the services we’ve received from Schapell Jewelers. We would absolutely recommend!!

Over several decades, I inherited a trove of diamond and gemstone jewelry that I never wore, so when my son-in-law recommended Schapell Jewelers, I took all of it in for a consultation. Maddi (the gemologist who did my custom designs) listened carefully, was super-creative, and offered the kind of practical advice I needed. She also patiently helped me determine the difference between costume and more valuable pieces. I think each new design shows off the gems better than the originals, and the heirloom sentimentality is still intact. The turn-around time was fast, and trade-in value for the unused gold and silver was a nice bonus. I’ll never go to one of those big, chain-store jewelers again. Maddi and the skilled staff at Schapell Jewelers are SO much better.

Maddi was wonderful! She answered months worth of questions from my now fiancé and helped him to design the perfect custom ring! Doing business with them was an absolute pleasure and the customer service was unbeatable! The ring came out better than I could ever imagine, and everyone who sees it is impressed! We got our wedding rings here and after looking around at a lot of places it was ultimately how kind and helpful they were that made us choose hurdles. Lindsay was amazing, she was super kind, very patient with my wife while she designed her own ring, and was able to work within our budget to get us what we wanted. 10/10 would recommend thank you Lindsay!
