He made me feel at ease with the process and I recognized when someone has a passion and compassion for their work and for people in general . did excellent job, several people said looks like brand new, especially after being rear ended by unlicesned, uninsured 16 yr. old that was hauling stuff outta her trunk like she had flash mobbed a department store on the phone with her get away driver yelling to pick her up while grabbing a bunch of boxes out of her trunk!
