Granada Villas Apartments represent an exemplary residential option for those seeking a pleasant, secure, and tranquil environment suitable for single individuals and families alike. I resided at Granada Villas for 10 years prior to relocating to Northern California in 2023. Recently (June 2025), an important piece of mail was inadvertently sent to my former address at Granada Villas. After two years since my relocation, I contacted the leasing office, where Ms. Lorena and Stephanie played pivotal roles in facilitating the retrieval of my mail from the current resident; they graciously forwarded it to me without any issues. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of both the leasing staff and the current tenant in this matter. The living environment at Granada Villas is highly conducive, and the professionalism of the leasing personnel is commendable. My overall experience during my ten years at Granada Villas was nothing short of exceptional.

I lived here for two years. The staff was aways incredibly friendly and responsive, the grounds were regularly maintained, maintenance was always quick to respond, and their common facilities were always very clean. The laundry room has wireless machines so I paid a minimal fee through an app on my phone which was very convenient. They also let you pay by tapping a card if you don't want to use an app. The location was great and the community was quiet and peaceful at night. I usually talked to Elaine but everyone here was fantastic! I enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend these apartments.

I work in the aerospace field and needed a clean/safe home in Lancaster. I drove past Granada Villa and was impressed by the maintenance while having nice gates for safety. The leasing office team Elaine, Stephanie and Melissa did a professional job of giving a tour of the spa, pool, gym, basketball, washing machine rooms and onboarding through the application process! Excellent service and follow up. 5 stars.

Hi , I ve been living here a year now. I am so happy starting from all the greenery and butiful plants. They just remodeled the pool. It looked fabulous already but looking forward to enjoy the new looks. I never use the gym, but went the other day and didn’t know the had an elliptical and cardio plus weights. It makes so happy that I have so many choices. My favorite place to sit is by the pool . There are seat and benches in a lovely setting it s right by the barbecues. I go there and put my feet on the grass. Anyhow I know I can go on but just wanted to share a little bit of my life at West Park Villas.

This is a hidden gem of the Antelope Valley that I will always recommend to anyone. Lived here for a year and a half with no complaints. There was always plenty of covered parking, gated community, two laundry rooms, a comfy small gym, and a big nice outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Pricing was really good for the amount of rooms we got compared to other apartments in the area. This place was exceptionally family friendly and there was never a day I did not feel safe. The maintenance crew was always fast and prompt. Lastly, the management holds monthly events for the residents and a summer bingo party!

I love the way they care for the property. The management team is very courteous and respectful. I am happy to have met Sherette before she got her promotion.

ARBOR COURT APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The apartment provides those that need a wonderfully clean and friendly environment for those seniors that need special attention. After living here for more than a year, I can say that the management is very cooperative and friendly when I address any concerns or needs. Like any other apartment complex there are problems, but what I have witnessed in the year I have been here, management is making a concerted effort to address and fix many of the existing problems. I have notices that security has increased substantially making the apartments a safe and healthy place to live. Currently management has been working diligently in making the appearance of the complex more inviting by manicuring the grass and shrub around the complex, painting areas that have been in need of painting and other beautifying corrections. The way it is going, this place in no time will become one of the better complex's in the city of Lancaster.

Essex, the newest addition to the Arbor Court Empire. They also own Kensington's campus Apartments on 30th West & Ave. I, next to the veterans home, as well as Arbor Grove. Arbour Court is owned by LA Mental Health Care. These places are great places to live for seniors at 55 and older, that is Arbor Court, Arbor Grove, and the great new Essex Apt's.

Can't wait until I get into it but the workers they were really nice.
