We popped into O'Reilly 2 doors down and quickly realized why we like Autozone better. The employees at Autozone are much more friendly & helpful. The 2 young men at O'Reilly answered "I don't know" to a question about a product but Autozone employees are quick to answer & find the answer if they don't know it! Learned our lesson- Autozone all the way- thank you!

Over the years, whenever I need to replace my car battery, this is my go to store. They change my battery for me. Their helpful and polite customer service always makes me think of them first when I need car accessories.
