3 Best Bakeries in Chesapeake, VA

This place is one of the quietest spots if you haven’t try it you should, the food is amazing the people are too.

Rolls is in the name and that’s what you get. This is a great small bakery you can smell the freshness when you walk in and perfect time for Easter or gatherings you are have having. They have sweet, savory and even sandwich rolls. Plus smaller baked goods like cookies and brownies and pies. I went with the cross bun which came as a dozen for 8 dollars and they were great like fruitcake in roll form. Definitely stop into this place.

Enjoyed their delicious cinnamon rolls. Great price for 2. The staff there is very nice and professional. I’d like to see them expand their menu a bit, but I think they can do special orders too. Great place.

Love La Loma!! Their pastries are always soft and fresh tasting!! Easy stop in and out with good prices too. You cannot get conchas this soft and delicious in the store in packages. If you’re used to authentic Mexican pastries, this is the place for you!! They may not have every single Mexican pastry ever created, but they have enough and they’re all good! It’s small and nothing spectacular inside, kinda like a hole in the wall place in New York City, but totally worth it.

Love the fresh breads, the burritos were very delicious, and their salsa is fresh and amazing. Between me and my family, definitely going to try everything on the menu. Muchas Gracias.

This might be the best Mexican food I’ve had in Virginia. It’s difficult to find any decent Mexican spots that approximate what you find on the west coast. I ordered the torta to go and the worker offered to add some green salsa on the side — I recommend requesting that salsa. I’m definitely planning on coming back here.
