He and his assistant keep in contact throughout the process (and after), are empathetic to your circumstances, and work to make sure all the paperwork is in place so there are no surprises. Above all, they are very human about the whole process, I appreciate Malcolm's ability to banter during our interactions, he takes his work seriously, but he can have a laugh with his clients. He builds excellent rapport in my opinion.
