WILEY'S CHAMPIONSHIP BBQ REVIEWS

I recently tried the ribs from Wiley’s Championship BBQ, and I can honestly say they are the best I’ve ever had! The meat is tender, perfectly seasoned, and falls right off the bone. The smoky flavor is out of this world, and the sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It’s clear that they put a lot of care and skill into their cooking. I highly recommend Wiley’s for anyone who loves great BBQ — they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me.

We had Wiley's cater our small wedding. Wednesday November 6, 2024 in Tybee Island. They came and set everything up for us, we had brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, potato salad, banana pudding and drinks. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Everything tasted Great! Thanks Wiley's for the yummy food and taking g care of the catering for us!! Joe & Suzi.

Classic bbq joint feel. The food is outstanding. The sauces are plentiful and flavor packed. They have the best sweet potato fries hands down! Everything that we have had from there is scrumptious. Literally. We drive from South Carolina 45 minutes just to eat here.

Don’t be misled by the location of this hidden gem away from downtown Savannah, it was well worth the 20 min drive from the RiverWalk. It’s small but the quality of the food was top notch. Fall off the bone meat, sausage snapping perfectly, and the sides were all amazing. Seasonings and sauces were great.

Hog Wild Platter will feed 3-4 people! Three sauce choices. Sausage, ribs and pulled pork were our favorites.

BOWTIE BARBECUE CO. REVIEWS

Our experience: I was craving ribs and this was nearby so my wife and I decided to try it out for our wedding anniversary. We are not local and wanted to try somewhere new anyway. Once our food arrived and I saw the ribs, it looks good but just like any other ribs from a barbecue place if you know what I mean. Not thinking much of it, I picked up the rib but it fell out of my hands because of how, "fall off the bone," it was! I then took the first bite and was blow away by the flavor blast. The Mac and cheese was spectacular and more unique than most. Everything was amazing, highly recommend.

The food was good. My brisket was a bit dry. I think they might be cutting the brisket without letting it rest because the waitress allowed us to taste a piece prior to ordering because my father has a problem when it is too smokey and the brisket was juicy and delicious. However, when my brisket arrived at the table, it had no juice in it at all. So I believe they may need to rest the meat longer. Other than that the food was very good.

Had a wonderful lunch with family. We sat outside. I had the BT classic amazing Flavor. I'm not one who likes smoked meat but this had a hint of smoked flavor that was not overpowering. Daughter had the chicken strips. The batter on the chicken was so light I could just eat a bowl of the batter. The fries were perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend.
