Hogs Hollow Smokehouse is a wholly renewed two-story construction with the central floor being a superb pub-like feel with a spacious outdoor dining space during the summer months and the next level being a more contemporary industrial type look. Their private dining room highlights five 50” plasma TVs and JBL sound, but they play a CD, DVD, MP3, or surf the net, and their WiFi internet joint allows for video conferencing. The room can be configured in many styles to suit your needs. It has devised a new diverse menu emphasizing slow-smoked meat recipes (Saint Louie Ribs, brisket, chicken, and pork butt) along with works including Catfish and smoked chicken wings. Their pitmaster cooks every sauces and meat are incredible; the ribs that fall off the bone, brisket that melts in your mouth, and pulled pork that is impossible to end at eating. The restaurant is located 5.4 miles from the downtown of Sterling Heights.

It was indeed a family business with Travis running the block and Miss Ollie Dickey serving trademark sandwiches throughout every country's customers. Dickey's Barbecue Pit brand was serving up for loyal visitors more than 500 neighborhoods in 44 states. They began the Dallas Fort Worth region ultimately and quickly became known everywhere in TX for mouthwatering hickory-smoked barbecue, traditionally catered occasions, and the iconic Big Yellow Cups.
