I imagine most mornings at any Starbs are high volume and busy. I stopped this morning unexpectedly, ordered a few items & a tall drink for my son. I had received the other items but his seemed to fall off the radar. I asked Ava for an ETA & she immediately apologized and made his drink. I wasn't expecting her to make it in the moment but very much appreciated. She was just overall very pleasant throughout all her interactions I saw and always gave a smile. Thanks Ava!
Hands down the best Starbucks! Usually I go to the one in Target but the drinks were never top tier and I always ended up disappointed. Not here!!! The staff and Val are always friendly and drinks are always TOP TIER!!!
They did amazing helping me figure out what I wanted when my usual was out. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond! First time I'm this one but now I'm glad my usual one was packed!
