Staff are super friendly and quick even when they’re packed, it’s my go to Starbucks in the area and there’s definitely lots to choose from!!!
Omgosh I just had the nicest Starbucks Barista at the drive thru! Short dark hair and nose ring! She had so much energy and was so sweet and friendly! My DIL is a store manager for Starbucks and I know she would be so happy to have this girl on her team just as I'm sure the Manager at Olathe Pointe is!! Thanks for a great experience on a night I needed a friendly face!!
The staff here is so so kind and sweet. I have never had a negative experience here. They’re always so cheerful and it makes my day.
