Chiffonos Bakery

Stumbled upon Chiffonos while looking for a bakery that makes a good Red Velvet cake. Reviews said good, so I placed my order hoping I didn't make a mistake! Walked in, great service & was able to get my order done quickly considering I needed it in a couple days. The cake is absolutely delicious! Was moist, didn't clump together or get "sticky" (if that makes any sense) along with the cream/filling/frosting being very good aswell. I also bought a French Toast cupcake when I ordered the cake, was awesome aswell! Definitely going to be ordering from this place again.

I LOVE the tuna sandwich, it's moist, perfect flavors & the bread's excellent. I'm gluten intolerant & thank Jesus the bread at Chiffonos does NOT hurt my stomach! The owner said he bakes the bread in house. My mom tried the tuna sandwich, now she's hooked too! The sandwich menu's on the wall mounted flatscreen. There's a list of the ingredients included in the sandwich & you tell them what you'd like to leave out. Ex: pickles, mustard, etc.

I live in Couer d Alene Idaho and I wanted to send a cake to my family in Madera. I am so glad I found Chiffonos. They all loved the strawberry cake I ordered and had delivered. It arrived on time and was a beautiful cake. I will use them from not on to send a slice of happiness.
