If I could give them a better review I would…20 out of the best being 10. This is a very trustworthy and caring facility. My son passed 3 weeks ago and I tried not to cry, but the minute I answered him the tears started. They were more than sympathetic by getting me water, a phone charger and a listening ear while waiting. They take pictures of all your car, explain all about what they found and emailed pictures. I have found my go to because as a single woman you need that honesty and I left there with total trust.

I’ve used CB for several things, including something on my Audi. CB has always been straight forward and honest. Troy provides some of the best customer service I’ve come across, period. Truly a pleasure to work with, even though the reason I had to use them could have been better. We will keep using CB for our entire family’s vehicles.
