Dr Nisar is outstanding in his brilliance as a physician, knowledge as a human being and his ablity to communicate with his patients and staff. He was called in an emergency in the early hours of the morning and he responded with such class and empathy that I was struck by his competence and have never hesitated in referring patients to him.
Dr. Nisar saved my life. I could not ask for anything more. He gave me his private cell number in case I needed to speak with him after my procedure. I truly believe he cares so much for his patients. He is my Angel.
