She had a great eye for what worked well with our facial features and gave expert feedback. Jacque’s warmth and professionalism made a process that can sometimes feel overwhelming easy and enjoyable. We have been with Fox Valley for several years. I am always impressed on how they can continue to improve their patient experience. Every staff member is professional, polite, knowledgable, and efficient. Their offices are clean and the equipment is up to date. When you have a question they get it answered without having to come back in. What they can accomplish in one visit would take several visits with my past Ophthalmology groups. Our vision needs and health have been well cared for.

I was nervous about changing my eye doctor, but from the moment I walked into the office, that feeling disappeared. The front desk staff—Adriana, Dette, and Belsy—were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They made everything easy and welcoming, and I was truly impressed by their customer service. Dr. Jay Patel is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He started treating my dry eyes, and I am already seeing positive results. He prescribed eye vitamins along with more advanced eye drops tailored to my condition. 1 am truly satisfied with his level of patience and understanding of a patient's situation and discomfort. He listens carefully and takes the time to thoroughly explain and discuss the treatment plan. All of my questions were welcomed, and he never rushed the appointment. My husband also had an appointment with him and experienced the same level of care and satisfaction.

He took his time, explained everything clearly, and treated my grandma with such patience and kindness. He even said, “If you were my grandma, this is what I would tell you.” A doctor that treats his patients as if they were his own family… These are the kind of doctors you WANT taking care of your loved ones! It’s rare to find a provider who combines expertise with such genuine humanity. We left feeling confident and reassured. My grandma needs cataract surgery, he referred us to a practice he trusts, not just one closest down the street. This was my first visit at Radiant Eye Care. From the time of 1st phone call to the end of my appointment. Everything was clearly explained to me regarding costs, insurance coverage and expectations from the doctor. All new equipment, including eye pressure machine. Very easy, fast and comfortable. Dr. Jay spent a good amount of time going over my tests, explaining my options. Glad I made the move to this new Eye Care place.
