There are several positives comments that I could make about John and Ryan. First, John’s response to my voicemail message was almost immediate, so I was not surprised by the fact that they showed up on time. It was such a pleasure doing business with someone (John ) who is very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. He took time to explain to me the different types of carpet treatment and the purpose for each treatment. Prior to contacting and taking a chance on All American Carpet Cleaning, my plan was to invest in new carpet. However, because John and Ryan have done such an amazing job, I’ve had a change of mind!!! I would highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!!!
Friendly and professional, John and his crew did a great job. They were on time and got all 2000 sq ft of carpet thoroughly cleaned and rejuvenated in two hours. I couldn't be happier!
