All I can say is THANK YOU times a million to Laura and her team! They can do it all! We held our engagement party at Loggerhead Marine Life Center. I had a vision for the theme of the party: Tropical boho.. not tacky tropical. I messaged Laura inspiration photos of what I wanted, and she and her staff took everything off my platter so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. The decorations from florals, table linens, photo backdrop, bar set up to throw pillows were just beautiful. Kurt, Laura’s assistant, took 3 days to specifically piece together our table arrangements. The attention to detail was immaculate. My guests were in awe and so was I! We chose the Hot Wok station and Taco station with 5 appetizers for a group of 50 people. It was plenty of food and absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a team who can do everything for you so that you can enjoy your friends and family… look no further. Thank you Laura and team!!

I really can't say enough about the amazing job chef Laura and the entire staff at Laura Ashley catering did for our wedding. In terms of weddings, ours was beyond last minute, and Laura managed to bring everything together flawlessly. My bride and I were frustrated with trying to plan everything ourselves and weren't sure what to do from the food to the rentals to everything else that goes into preparing for a wedding. I'm so glad I reached out to Laura Ashley because they truly met and went way beyond our expectations. Laura was there every step of the way from the first time we met to the day of and after the wedding making sure everything was perfect and it was! I'm not really sure what would of happened without a call to them. Everything was amazing from the food to the staff. I would without a doubt hire Laura Ashley for anything from small to large events. They will execute with perfection. Thanks again for everything! The pictures I attached really don't do it justice. I had a party for my husband who loves paella The entire experience was wonderful It is a show, professional staff great set up delicious food. Everyone enjoyed it. It was so magnificent. Everyone was raving over the party. We strongly recommend this for any gathering it is so unique and so well done

Paella Uno catered the lunch for the day after our wedding for about 60 people. Food was delicious and our guests loved watching the cooking process! Paella was very flavorful. Manny was super friendly and easy to communicate with, will definitely book again for parties.

Manny and his crew showed up on when they said they would be onsite. Food was ready as promised, all 140 guests couldn’t believe how amazing the food tasted. Guests left happy and full :) job well done!!!!
