These Community Standards outline what we expect from users when they share reviews and how we moderate review submissions to maintain the integrity of our platform. By submitting a review on ThreeBestRated®, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Reviews are user-generated content that reflect personal experiences with listed businesses. All reviews are subject to our moderation and review posting guidelines before publication. We aim to publish reviews that are authentic, respectful, and relevant, whether positive or negative as long as they meet our standards.

At ThreeBestRated®, we are committed to maintaining honest, respectful, and useful reviews that reflect genuine customer experiences. Every review helps users make informed choices while protecting the integrity of the businesses listed on our platform. The following principles outline the standards that guide all user-submitted reviews.

Only genuine customers who have directly used a business’s services/products may submit a review. We value authentic experiences, not hearsay, speculation, or promotional content. Reviews must be based on real interactions and should never be written in exchange for incentives, discounts, or special treatment. In order to preserve credibility, we do not edit user-submitted reviews except for the personal data or content that violates our community standards.

The most valuable reviews are those that truly help others make informed choices. A good review explains what made your experience positive or negative, highlighting specific aspects such as the quality of service, staff behavior, or overall atmosphere, and offers insights that will guide future customers.

Reviews should focus on aspects directly related to the business, such as service quality, professionalism, cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and reliability. Certain things including unrelated details, personal disputes, and comparisons with competitors should be avoided. Since businesses evolve over time, older reviews that no longer reflect current service standards may be removed to make sure accuracy and fairness.

We expect all reviewers to maintain courtesy and fairness when sharing feedback. Reviews containing offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language will not be published. The same way, personal attacks, name-calling, threats, or hate-based comments will be removed. In order to protect privacy, please avoid sharing contact details, email addresses, staff names, and URLs. Mentions of illegal activities or ongoing legal cases are also prohibited.

To protect the trustworthiness of our platform, fake, biased, paid, or duplicate reviews are strictly prohibited. Businesses are not allowed to post reviews about themselves or their competitors. Practices such as “Astroturfing” (sharing multiple fake positive reviews) or “Spamming” (flooding a profile with negative reviews) undermine the purpose of reviews and will lead to removal and possible account restrictions.

Reviews submitted to ThreeBestRated® may take some time to appear publicly, as each one goes through a careful verification process. This ensures that all content meets our quality and authenticity standards. A review may occasionally be delayed for reasons such as suspicious posting patterns that suggest spam or automated activity, the use of language or content that requires manual moderation, or unverifiable or incomplete submissions. Every review must successfully meet our verification steps before it gets published on our platform.

To maintain a respectful and trustworthy environment, we ask reviewers/users to follow these simple guidelines. Please avoid posting content that is libelous, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or inflammatory. Reviews containing obscene, profane, or intolerant language toward any group will not be accepted. Submissions should also refrain from misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent claims, as well as the inclusion of any personal details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses. We do not allow reviews that promote personal brands, websites, or endorsements. Impersonating other people or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited. Reviews mentioning ongoing legal proceedings or lacking genuine personal service experiences, such as medical reviews without firsthand treatment will also be declined.

If you come across a review that appears to violate our standards, we encourage you to report it to our moderation team. All reports are carefully reviewed and appropriate action is taken to make sure that our platform remains fair, accurate, and respectful for both businesses and customers.

ThreeBestRated® reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, approve, or remove any content at any time. We may reject or delete reviews that breach our Community Standards, Terms of Use, or any applicable laws. From time to time, we may update this policy by posting a revised version on our website and we encourage all users to review these guidelines before submitting feedback/reviews.
