Computer froze and crashed. Walked in, after they diagnosed a bit they confirmed the SSD boot drive was dead. Got a new SSD and they installed Windows so I could boot up back and home and start getting all my programs reinstalled and get back to work.

They answered the phone immediately and gave me an accurate quote over the phone. They were able to solve my difficult computer issue in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I tried calling Best Buy before them and no one even answered the phone.

Prices you cannot beat & top notch quality service. Computer was up and running in just a few days! Beyond satisfied and impressed!

Spencer was a great help! I had trouble charging my device. Tried several different chargers from different companies and they all gave me the same issue. Took my phone to two different Big Box stores where one would think you should bring your phone to when you have a problem. Neither store could help me and both said that they see the problem but could not fix. Only options,new phone, of course. Or new wireless charger and new phone case. Took it to Spencer at UBREAKIFIX and in five minutes my charging port was working last if the phone was brand new. Awesome people and very fast! Will definitely be back. I would recommend to anyone.

Spencer at uBreakiFix did a fantastic job fixing my laptop screen. He checked it in quickly, explained what needed to be done in plain language, and had it ready sooner than promised. The screen looks perfect, everything works like it should, and his easygoing, professional attitude made the whole repair completely painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and I’d definitely recommend asking for Spencer if you need your laptop worked on.

They were very nice and helpful. They got my pictures from my broken phone of my deceased loved ones and my grandkids. They were very patient with me and took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely go back to them if I need my phones fixed. I was very satisfied with them.

My laptop recently started making strange noise so I rushed to the store without ever visiting before. The lady was so sweet and immediately started looking at my laptop. It turns out that an object was stuck to the bottom and was making it rattle. She was so understanding and laughed about it with me. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Fast and well done work. Came in with a cracked screen. Lily was very helpful and got me set up with a great (and eco friendly) phone case. Cannot recommend more.

Man with the tie dye crocs was super friendly and speedy. Didn’t know they offered free charging port cleaning, fixed my issues super quick.
