The service tech Thomas and customer service rep Cathy were top notch and exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Their prices are spot on very reasonable. If I have a need in the future I would not hesitate to use them again. The repair of my 25 year old circuit board produced the fix that I wished for. I’m only sorry that I couldn’t give them 10 stars because that wasn’t an option. Very satisfied customer.

I had my laptop repaired by them and had a wonderful experience. The work was done in a timely manner, the price was fair, and my laptop was like new when I got it back. This is a great family owned business that really cares about their customers. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computer needs. I have even referred my own family members to this great business, I truly can't sing their praises enough.

Its been a few months now since I took a computer in for a repair and I am truly satisfied with the work.
