The was my first time having a lap top repaired at Asurion. I had another lap top fixed with geek squad before. I'm very happy with the service. Tony and Andrew helped me out when I dropped off the laptop and when I picked it up. They were both very helpful. Tony already knew what the problem with the screen was when I arrived. They called me within a week to confirm that was the problem and let me know it would be fixed in a couple days. I will definitely be back.

Second time I've had an issue with this same phone, but the staff at this store was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Helpful. I got a replacement device because they couldn't fix the issue. The replacement works great, so five stars all around.

They had done what they've needed to do to replace the touchscreen of my samsung and explained every detail about it to me. Other than that, they are a friendly service who will go over your repair and fixes and will do a fine job.
