CCT Repairs

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Was originally going to send my drone to Florida for repair, but saw CCT Repairs as one of the only repair centers in CT and figured, might as well try. So glad I did. Made an appointment easily online and was responded to immediately. Got right in, diagnosed and left the drone for repair. Two days later, was messaged saying that it was available for pick up. Super friendly service, very cost effective and extremely time efficient. So glad I decided to give CCT a try!!

I brought a MS Surface Book 2 in to have the cracked screen replaced. Gregory, the owner, ordered the new screen in advance. I brought the computer down and had to wait at most 2 hours for him to do the work. The end result was excellent. I couldn't tell that the screen had been worked on. It looked like a factory job. Gregory is a fine and intelligent person who richly deserves some kudos for a job well done. I'll bring any other work here in the future. TadS

Gregory provided transparent price estimates and quick and effective service. He gave me options about the repairs with consideration of my budget and goals. He exhibited professionalism throughout the process. I would certainly contact him again for future repairs.
