The workers were really kind and helpful, the actual unit i got was a small but was more than enough room to store all my college things during summer break and really affordable for the four months! second time using this as a storage for my breaks 10/10 will come again &’ will be recommending!!!!.

The process to rent and pay for the unit was smooth. Bobby was friendly over the phone and in person, all smiles. Professional and courteous; made the experience super easy. Ask for Bobby and he will get you stored away.

I am so glad I chose Extra Space Storage in Hamden to temporarily hold my belongings while I move and I am SO glad that Fozia was working. She was super helpful through the whole process of checking in and getting settled in my unit. Great experience on all accounts!.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with Tanya and my experience was quite positive. The representative was courteous and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. They helped me with my storage unit rental process and provided clear information about pricing and policies. What impressed me most was their responsiveness; I didn’t have to wait long for assistance, and my inquiries were addressed promptly. While there were a couple of minor inconsistencies in the information provided, the overall communication was effective.

Tanya at the Public Storage in West Haven, CT was awesome. She was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. She attentively listened to my needs and thoroughly explained the different options and how to access the unit. Since the unit will be used by my daughter, she encouraged me to tell her know that she is available to answer any questions she may have. You will be in good hands with Tanya!!!.

Brianna was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had many questions and she was very patient and kind with me. Additionally, she gave me a great guided tour of the facility and my options.

STORQUEST SELF STORAGE NEW HAVEN REVIEWS

Needed a small storage unit until our in-law apartment kitchen was ready. Have a lot of small appliances and needed to store them until all of the custom cabinets were made and installed. Not only was the unit and building clean & convenient, it was also competitively priced for New Haven. Access hours are also very good. Highly recommend. Staff is excellent as well. If u ever need to rent weather short term or long term and you need a unit small, medium or large, Storquest is a deal. Sandra.

Had a very pleasant experience here storing our stuff for a month. The staff Frankie and Jeremy were both very professional and friendly helping us pick out the perfect size for our storage unit. We also had very good experience setting up payment and moving out with their assistance. The storage is always kept clean and climate controlled. Overall 10/10 and would recommend!.

Best experience with a storage unit company I’ve ever had. Marie was amazing! So helpful, caring and attentive. Really hoping management will/already has hired more like her. Definitely received a life long customer from me.
