I was told I needed a new hard drive and got an excellent price on the drive they offered. The tech installed the drive but went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem saving the drive that was originally in the computer. Great & friendly staff! My laptop had cracks on the body of the device and the staff fixed my laptop within days. Very knowledgeable team and it felt very family-friendly, which I loved. Awesome techs. Very friendly and will work with you on what you need them to do, even when you cannot speak fluent computerese. They were more than happy to upgrade my HP laptop even though I did not buy it from them.
