Chip and Cheryl were awesome. I showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointment and waited for them. And waited some more. A little after our scheduled appointment time was to take place I went up to the condo and found that they had already been there working on the inspection. That’s an A+ in my book. They were extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and walked me through the findings when all was said and done. Amazing people. Amazing work. Thank you so much.
Booking the inspection was quick and simple. they took care of booking a 3rd party termite inspection for us as well. Very friendly and approachable. Did a wonderful job of explaining the inspection to us in detail and answering any questions we asked until we had a good understanding of everything.
