My laptop and myself were saved today.. my kids broke a piece of charger in my laptop and multiple repair stores and techs said there was nothing they could do or wanted to keep my computer for a month to work on... not telling how much they all wanted was crazy.. i walked in and ask if my computer can be fixed.?. after 5 min I was given my computer with it all better.. I was shocked and happy... thank you thank you!!! You helped this mama and saved her kids from a long punishment..

I am glad that you were open as my regular place, (Staples), no longer do tech repair while in this crisis. I appreciated the follow up email as I mentioned the problem with the computer. I was glad to drop it off that Saturday. I was pleasingly surprised to know that the concern was repairable, without loss of data, within reasonable cost, and that my diagnostic fee and your $15 coupon was applied to my final bill.
