I found 831 Heating Inc. online and made an appointment with the owner Felipe to get an estimate to replace our inefficient, 30+ year old Rheem furnace (4.8 Google rating was a key selling point to reach out to him). Felipe's estimate came well under the other estimates that I collected, and he proposed using a smaller, more efficient 80% two-stage Bryant furnace. We accepted his bid and were grateful for all he did: Felipe was extremely knowledgeable making excellent recommendations all along the way, punctual, an excellent communicator, and the installed furnace looks great and works like a charm (see attached photo). I highly recommend Felipe and 831 Heating Inc. to anyone looking to replace their furnace!

Felipe is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. He did a heat pump install for me and did an excellent job. Always on time and communicated well. He’s a good problem solver and went above and beyond to get the job done right. His assistant Jessie was great too.

Felipe & his partner were great. Excellent work & such a fun person. To have a positive attitude & be replacing a furnace when it’s 80 plus degrees out? You can tell he’s passionate about his work & wanting the job done right. Very fair price as well which sealed the deal for us. I’d recommend him hands down.

Trustworthy, professional and just plain nice. I called because my heater ac was not working and they had someone in the area and literally had someone looking at it in two hours. He was able to do a quick fix to get it working right then and came back the next day with the part to fix it properly. And it was the owner who was on the road and came personally. Price was fair and they treated me like family. I would absolutely recommend them again.

I wired my new NEST thermostat in a wrong way. Called this company in the morning, the lady was quick and asked quick appropriate questions. Chris came to my dental office and figured out the solution in 10 mins and installed our new thermostat in another 20-30 mins. Great service, highly recommended.

This is maybe the 3rd or 4th time over many years that I've worked with Associated Services Heating Solar & Air. Chris is incredible in attitude, quick diagnosis and repair. I appreciate them all very much.
