DPC Computer Repair

Absolutely amazing service and quality from DPC Computer Repair and Don. Came to them with a non-functioning work laptop keyboard and a failed battery. Had urgent client meetings with all documentation on the laptop. DPC managed to source the parts locally (they had to personally drive to another suburb to do so), rather than ordering them, had the laptop repaired and returned to me the same day. All at an incredibly reasonable price. In the process, probably also saved the loss of my client as a customer. Would never again go to anybody else for computer needs.

I'm a repeat customer here. Highly recommend this place. First time I went in, I had to remove a desktop case whose screw heads were stripped. They removed and replaced and did not even charge me. Absolutely friendly and helpful. The second time I had my cracked monitor screen replaced. Did it promptly, at the fairest price with no gimmicks. Thank you DPC.

*Please read through* Dropped coffee on a laptop, took it in for repair. Don took all measures to repair it, however the damage was very severe. Don was open & honest and gave money back as you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I then took in a monitor after I seeing his honesty, he then went out of his way to replace the monitor with the exact same make & model. Customer service is excellent! Definitely a place you can trust! Thanks Don & to whomever else helped in this!

Dan and his son are absolutely awesome. Had to see drives changed out and two of my laptops from 750 Gb to 2 TB They did a clone of each drive. It was flawless, quick and very fairly priced highly recommend him for any of your computer needs, including if you need a laptop for any of your kids or for yourself. they have lots of used laptops available for you to buy highly recommended! By the way, I drove back from Nashville Tennessee to the naperville location where I used to live because they’re that good! - Dennis J B
