I love Extra Space Storage in Naperville! Off of Rte 59, south of 95th Street, it is conveniently located. The staff are the best!! Liz is the best manager, and I had the pleasure of working with Keith on my new unit. They make getting storage easy and painless!! Highly recommend this location and company (better than any competitor).

Liz provided excellent customer service from day one. She was so nice, kind, patient, and helpful.. all the staff there is great and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would use their services again when needed. Thank you Liz and staff for a great experience!.

PUBLIC STORAGE NAPERVILLE REVIEWS

I have been storing my stuff here for a few months and had nothing but great experiences! The front desk clerk Kevin went out of his way to help me out at the beginning of the month! I wanted to change my storage unit to a smaller unit and he spent a lot of extra time making calls and ensuring everything was done correctly so I didn't have to pay extra! Also, when I was done moving out of my old unit, I told him I would have to run home to get a broom and he brought me a broom and dustpan to finish cleaning out my old unit and not have to go home. He told me he would close out the old unit by the end of the day and it was completed within the hour. I would highly recommend using this Public Storage for all your storage needs! Great and friendly service and I LOVE the app that you can use to open and close the gate! Numbers are sometimes hard to remember!.

I had the pleasure of getting checked in by Juliet. She ensured that I had the right size unit for what I needed to store and she checked to see if I had all my moving needs. We did a walkthrough of the grounds to check the unit space, everything looked immaculate which was nice. The whole paperwork process took less than 15 minutes and I was set up with the gate access and contact information before leaving. I think my belongings will be safe here not to mention I snagged quite a deal reserving online.

I have had a great experience with Public Storage at this location. Kevin has been very helpful and has treated us so nicely. Would highly recommend.
