I contacted Kevin about moving a 2nd hard drive from my old computer to a recently purchased computer He responded to my request immediately with an estimated cost which I accepted within a short time I received a text with a time the following day to have this task done. At the proposed time, Bennett arrived, introduced himself, then immediately started on the hard drive move/ setup. While completing the move he gave me several "tips" that will be very beneficial for me in the future. From my initial contact with Kevin through the completion of my request, their customer service was over the top.
