Came in after a burning smell came from my PC. Ka diagnosed my battery as dead and offered to install the battery for free as long as I provided one. Even let me borrow a battery tester when going to Microcenter to ensure I got a working battery. He quickly installed the new battery, removed and cleaned all fans, dusted the entire tower and even applied new thermal paste for my CPU. My PC has never looked this good or organized. Ka did all that while I was playing with his dog. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Ka helped me to figure out why my computer was dead, and continued to help me across the whole day as I went to get replacement parts to fix it. Excellent and friendly help, couldn't have done it without him.
Amazing service, straight to the point & awesome dude! Can't imagine going to anyone else for pc/laptop problems, Ka gets it done.
