Of the 3 estimates we received, one was based solely on a Google map view of our house, the second company came out and made an estimate without going on the roof to see what the issues were. Trent Byer, on the other hand, came with a truck and a ladder, climbed up on the roof, surveyed the condition and made recommendations that would suit us best and saved us money. The work crew was courteous, professional and got the job done. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with all the staff at Tom Byer Roofing from the estimate, to scheduling, repair and billing.
