Nick is an amazing human being and brilliant in his profession. He is a very sensible, kind and friendly guy. I took my laptop to him which was really slow for the past 1 year and before that I had tried everything I could. He suggested to replace the hard drive with SSD, found a good deal for the SSD for me online, I went and picked it up from Best Buy and gave it back to him. He replaced it overnight along with the fresh installation of the OS and other drivers. Now my laptop is super fast as it was on day 1 when I bought it about 5 years ago. Like other reviewers have mentioned, he is indeed very reasonable and honest. I wish I had a better way to thank him, but I highly recommend him for your computer repair needs and wish him success in his life.

I had an issue with my laptop that he was unfortunately unable to fix, but it wasn't his fault. I had really messed up my motherboard in a way that just wasn't worth fixing. However, he gave me all the tips and tricks and suggestions I need to move forward and was generally very polite and helpful.

Nick is awesome. Fixed my issue on the spot. I had a very tricky screw to get my hard drive that I wasn’t able to unscrew. Nick got it out quick. Also discussed other components specs. His prices are super reasonable too.
