Our AC died on a Saturday, and Milton was out to our house first thing Sunday morning to review what was going on and walk us through our options. He was professional, courteous, and kind! After reviewing everything, we decided to replace our unit (as it was 20 plus years old). Milton got us scheduled for the same week. On Thursday, Phillip came out with another member of their team and they had the old unit swapped out, the new unit put in place and walked me through how the whole thing worked and operated. From start to finish, the whole thing took just a few days, and their service was amazing! We were so impressed, we because a monthly member to their service plan (which we never do). I would highly recommend this team for all your AC needs!

I scheduled Force Home Services to do a semi annual HVAC inspection. James came on time, introduced himself and got to work right away. Very Professional. Both AC capacitors were below specs but still working. We discussed replacing them with a better but more expensive unit. My maintenance plan allowed for one free standard (cheaper) replacement. I opted for one cheaper (free) and one more expensive unit. He did not have a standard capacitor in his truck so he substituted the more expensive in its place. That seemed typical of how Force Home Services operate.

My heating unit went out when it was below freezing outside. I called Force Home Service in the morning and they were at my residence within 2 hours. They repaired and replaced parts and resolved my problem completely in a very fast and efficient manner. They have resolved other home issues just as quickly and very professional. Excellent service! I highly recommend Cote’s for installation, yearly service and inspection on existing units. Especially important when a buyer is looking to buy an existing home. As a previous Realtor and Home Warranty rep, I told buyers to have the HVAC units inspected by a licensed HVAC company during the inspection period. It served as a way to show a unit was in good working condition at the time of inspection for the future proof to a home warranty company and if there were any prior issues to the seller for negotiation of repair or replacement. I’m enjoying my new unit that Cotes installed and having it checked and serviced twice a year. Andy was my technician this time and I highly recommend him for the Montague County area.

I received excellent customer service from Adam today. He was very quick, yet efficient and thorough. He even notified me of a rattling sound coming from my roof turbine that I had not noticed.
