Wow, the team at Paradigm IT does such impressive work and is at it again. I've dealt with Chris Wilson, and he continues to go above and beyond. Several years ago he built me an Asus laptop that is still going strong without any hangups. He's restored my mother's netbook, and now given me so much web marketing and computer advisement that I am well indebted. Much more than his technical skills and professionalism, however, the cliche of "wanting to help people" is no longer a cliche when dealing with Chris. He is one of the most transparently sincere and eager to sacrifice his time and energy for other people that I have ever met, and that alone has more than earned my business with him.

I ordered a laptop battery with Chris. He said he would have a charger for me within a weeks time and I received it on time. I have done business with Paradigm before and have had no issues. In fact if I ever had any computer problems I could count on Chris to fix my computer. They work hard and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again

This company has the best response time, no matter how soon I need someone onsite to fix one of our units they have been there.
