Was very impressed with Echols from my first phone call. The lady who scheduled me was very friendly and professional on the phone. I received a confirmation and a reminder of my appointment. The day of my appointment I received a text with a picture of my technician which was very nice. Also, I could see how close my technician was to arrive. My technician, Cody, was very nice and efficient. I was able to ask him any question I had and he graciously took the time to answer my questions. I will continue to use Echols and would recommend them highly to others. Worry-free service.

My furnace went out in the middle of winter and they were johnny on the spot with replacing it. I work overseas so I had to do some coordinating with them and my neighbor to see it through. They were amazing and very accommodating throughout the whole process. They came by after the unit had been running to make sure all the readings were solid and to enable some fine-tuning of the unit. Very professional, courteous, and clean. Wonderful people.

Dylan and Sarah did a fantastic job today repairing our A/C unit. They were both very informative and explained what the issues were. They wore coverings on their shoes when they came inside to make sure our floors were protected. They were super courteous and explained each part of the process as they worked. I will recommend Novak to my friends and family (in fact I already have).
