We worked with Jeff to have the punch list completed after we bought an apartment in Boston downtown. After 1 year the punch list was not yet completed in the proper way. Jeff has been very professional giving us the right suggestion at each step along the process, he was always in contact with the counterpart pushing them to deliver was expected by contract. Jeff managed to bring home the result without moving to litigation in court. Strongly recommended!
