It is no wonder he was just named Criminal Defense Attorney of the Year by the state bar. I went with this guy due to his 49+ years of experience and it couldn't have paid off more! He, literally, got all three of my charges dismissed! I still can't believe it. I spoke with three other attorneys prior and none even mentioned the possibility of the approach Mr. Coffinger used. One of the attorneys even urged me to just plead guilty! Wow. Not to mention, Coffinger was almost HALF as cheap as the other guys. Richard is also an extremely nice, understanding, and patient guy.
