We chose this company for the design created and the explanation of services provided. They delivered to the date as expected. We had a closet design installed and a Murphey bed system. At the end of the day the Murphey bed system did not meet our expectations. Called customer service the next morning. They were fabulous. Responded to concerns immediately and set up a second appointment that week. When details addressed, the unit was how we had hoped for. There is something to be said about good customer service. This was a good experience! Please with design and outcome. We have more storage than even expected!

We are happy with our closet design. The design is great. Katelyn did a great job. There was a slight issue in the beginning but they resolved it within just a day or two. We are satisfied because the company cared enough to take care of this issue in a timely manner. We are considering using them for our next project.
