Hire Tom Viner. He was extremely smart, compassionate, and professional through every development in the process. It is obvious Tom lives and breathes family law and has a genuine passion for his profession. Plus working with Tom also means working with Cassandra, Paralegal Extraordinaire, whose knowledge, professionalism, and response time are off the charts! I try to channel her steady email tone and saavvy responses in my own day to day communications now. I am not exaggerating. In a very emotional, difficult situation Tom provided steady expertise and honest expectations- no grandstanding, no false hope, just honest, forthright communication and expert strategy. I came away with a result I was very happy with, knowing I hired the best team I could have. Hire them. This is the team you want in your corner.

Highly Recommend. I have used Tom twice for custody related cases and he is great to work with. He does a great job explaining the process and making sure your expectations for the process/outcome are realistic which is so important. Any lawyer can say they can win, but Tom makes sure you understand what he thinks is realistic and also explains what he can and can't control so you can decide if you want to proceed. A Judge actually commented that Tom was very good at his job recently in a hearing which is a huge compliment in my opinion. I truly believe Tom is the best guy to use, given I am one of the only people I know who has been truly happy with the outcome of their custody case, and the others I know who aren't as happy did not use Tom and had a completely different experience than I had. Tom works hard and gets results. My outcomes were above and beyond what I hoped for/expected which made the process even more satisfying, and Tom setting realistic expectations was a big part in that. He's also a down to earth guy who is easy to talk to, and that helps. No one wants a lawyer who they don't understand or feel at ease talking to!

Tom was amazing to work with. Very straight forward and guided me through every step of the process. Smart man who knows what he’s doing. I high recommend hiring Tom with your legal needs.

Mark Fisher is ver professional and tells it like it is. Look, if you want an attorney that is going to tell you what you want to hear, go somewhere else. Mark sets proper expectations and honestly under sells and over delivers. Between Mark and I we came up with a solid strategy for my divorce/custody case. I have had no issues with the staff at Howes Law Firm. Everyone has been kind and courteous. I would recommend anyone to trust the professionals at Howes Law Firm especially Mark Fisher. Worth every penny!
