I highly recommend Cape Fear Law for your legal needs. Going through a divorce is a very emotional difficult experience, but the team a Cape Fear made the process simple and straight forward. Communication was exceptional, and their process and procedures were efficient and professional. I worked closely with Melinni Balbach and Sarah Winkler and they were awesome. She and her team worked with me on the divorce decree, then helped to negotiate the equitable distribution agreement, and just recently, won a very favorable ruling for me in the alimony trial. Throughout all this time, I rarely questioned what we were doing and why, because she always had her eye on the ball. She was always one step ahead of me. I saw her play hardball when it was needed.
