I have visited this location numerous times but only utilized the drive thru. The doughnuts are always fresh, my order is always correct, and the staff is friendly. I try the special occasion dozens whenever available and am always satisfied with my order. Though nothing beats a fresh plain glazed doughnut straight from the fryer.

This was my first time having Krispy Kreme Donut and my experience was very good. I had original and custard filled, I liked the original more, custard didn't have much taste on it. The original donut was fresh and tasty. The store inside was clean and the casher lady was very nice.

I absolutely love this location. It is always very clean! The staff is really nice and helpful! They always have a fresh a selection.

DUCK DONUTS REVIEWS

I can only review the donuts as we had delivery so I'm not able to comment on atmosphere - The donut crew did an amazing job putting together the custom dozen I selected. As far as a custom dozen being made to order, it couldn't have been any more fresh and warm as it was when we received it a home. I have absolutely no complaints so I have to give it 5 stars. There is a Krispy Kreme across the street from Duck Donuts but their custom donuts are not fresh made to order like Duck's - Hands down - Duck Donuts is the winner between the two and we'll definitely order again. So yummy!!.

I absolutely love these doughnuts! I was pleasantly surprised that each one was hot and made to order. It took a little time, but it was totally worth the wait!.

Great fresh donuts. I got a dozen and it’s on the pricier side but well worth it. Definitely my new go to donut shop. Very tasty.

DUNKIN' KNOXVILLE REVIEWS

This is not our usual DD stop. Most of the time we have a wonderful experience. AVOID this one! My coffee was old and cold. So you better ask if the coffee is fresh. Better yet, you should ask the store manager if the coffee is fresh. The fluffy haired kid in the drive-thru window seemed to be on another planet. He couldn’t figure out how to swipe our Dunkin’ card which always has a generous balance on it. As soon as I saw him I got the willies- what ever happened to wearing hair nets Huge turn off.

Went to Dunkin today to grab food before work, I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and few other items. The other items came out fine but when I looked at my bagel it looked like there was no cream cheese at all but when I pulled it apart I realized they only put cream cheese on one half and just slapped it together. I’m not asking for 5 star dinning but you could at least put cream cheese on both halves.

Alexis and Sonya are the best! They not only.made sure our drinks were perfect but just because we wanted extra cold foam they went the extra mile to ring up everything perfect! Drinks were perfect so was service.
