Dan Hynes - N.H. DWI GUY

I was referred to Dan Hynes from a friend. I was very impressed with the time he spent with me going over everything to prepare for trial and letting me know about everything that could happen. Even though I lost my license for refusing the breath test, he recommended having the hearing so we could question the officer. Another lawyer I spoke to before Dan said the hearings were a waste of time and recommended not having it.

I had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner with some friends and got pulled over for not having my lights on. The cop said I failed the tests but I thought I did good on them. I was nervous to have a trial but didn't want to take a plea for something I didn't do. Thankfully, I was found not guilty.
