Jennifer W. Hilburn joined the firm of Hilburn & Hilburn in 1998. Jennifer earned a U.G. in business from the University of Oklahoma in 1986. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1994 from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition to umpteen ventures and awards, Jennifer managed the Energy Law Journal editor from 1993-1994. She was selected for membership in the Phi Delta Phi law honor fellowship. Jennifer's practice focuses on employment laws related to the OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Act), FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), including minimum wage and overtime laws, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), and more. She has exerted her practice as an insider and now efficiently and ultimately represents employers, workers, administrative claims, and other protective matters that arise out of claimed violations of state and federal employment regulations and statutes. Jennifer also helps in assigning executive compensation and benefits severance packages.
