Jennifer W. Hilburn joined the firm of Hilburn & Hilburn 1998. Jennifer earned a U.G. in business from the University of Oklahoma in 1986. Allen Cooper, Jr. started attending the LSU Law Center in 1988. While at the LSU Law Center, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law. He was also on the Chancellor's list. He attended LSUS and certified with honors with a degree in Economics. While at LSUS, he followed as a student government association senator. He also was awarded the Outstanding Economics Student Award in 1988, which is awarded to one senior every year by the faculty. After graduation, Allen back to Shreveport to practice law with a local law firm in 1991. Allen started to concentrate his practice in personal injury law, workers' compensation law, social security disability law, and medical malpractice law from 1994.
