Im so grateful to met my Endocrine dr Hes a nice person and keep me updated for my result and thank you so much to the staff you guys doing a great job. I wanna say goodbye because I have to find a new doctor due to our insurance changes. I highly recommend dr Bill Jou.

I've been going to Dr. Joi for a few years. He is an exceptional doctor. He is worth the wait if there are many patients. He is not in a rush, explains everything, wants to know how you feel, questions you have and if you're satisfied before you leave. The staff is also exceptional. I had some personal issues which required a few cancel/reschedules. The staff understood, used extreme patience and took care of me. Terrific doctor.

There are not enough good things I can say about Dr Bill Jou and his entire office staff. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any doctor or his staff in my life. I feel so fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him and his office! Thank you for everything, both Dr and staff!
